Ginger Monthly gives you unlimited help with routine HR queries by telephone or email. However often you call, the cost stays the same.
Who it's for
- Businesses with an in-house HR team use it to sense-check issues and procedures with an employment law expert.
- Businesses without HR use it to be guided through employee problems as they come up.
What you can use it for
- An HR and employment law advice line
- Drafting letters
- Negotiating settlement (compromise) agreements
- A sounding board when you're not sure what to do
- Scoping out bigger HR projects
What isn't included
Planned HR projects such as TUPE transfers or large redundancy exercises, and major issues such as trade union disputes or shutdowns, aren't part of Ginger Monthly. We handle those with Ginger Tools, still for a fixed fee agreed up front.
